• 2 cups of Dukes Digestive biscuit crushed
• ½ cup roughly crushed roasted nuts
• ½ cup of dates
• 2-3 tbsp of honey
• ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup dukes compound dark chocolate (melted)
• ¼ cup of crushed nuts to garnish

1. Soak the dates in ¼ cup of hot water & make into a paste.
2. Mix the Dukes digestive biscuit with the roasted nuts and cinnamon.
3. Mix in the dates paste with vanilla and 2 tbsp of honey.
4. Mix tightly till it gets to a dough like consistency (put more honey if required) and chill the mixture for 5 minutes.
5. Roll the mixture into balls and chill in the fridge for ½ an hour.
6. Dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle some nuts on top.
7. Arrange on a plate and serve OR alternatively place in paper cups, put in a box and gift to your dear ones.

• ½ cup condensed milk
• 2 cups + 1 tbsp milk
• ¼ cup Pistachio nuts
• 1 tbsp of rose petals
• 6 pcs Dukes kulfi waffy sticks
• ¼ tsp cardamom powder
• 2 tbsp cornflour
• Dukes kulfi waffy stick (to use as the sticks of kulfi)

Overnight

1. Crush 6 waffy sticks roughly with hand.
2. Heat milk and condensed milk together in a thick bottom pan.
3. Now, add the cardamom powder.
4. Add cornflour mixed with 1 tbsp of milk.
5. Bring to a boil till the mixture thickens
6. Cool this mixture, put in the crushed waffy, rose petals and mix well.
7. Cut the waffy sticks into smaller pieces to suit the size of your mold.
8. Pour the mixture in small kulfi or ice cube moulds and put in the waffy rolls as a stick.
9. Freeze overnight & demould.
10. Garnish with the pistachio nuts serve.

• 3 bars Dukes Meltz

• 1 packet Dukes bourbon biscuit
• 1 litre Vanilla ice cream (any good brand)
• ⅓ pack Dukes Compound dark chocolate

Overnight

1. Soften the vanilla ice cream.
2. Roughly chop the meltz bars, milk blast, truffle & cocolate.
3. Roughly crush 1 packet of the Dukes Chocolate cream biscuits.
4. Line a 9” cake tin with a cling film. (so that our ice cream cake is easy to take out)
5. Mix all the crushed confectionery and the crushed biscuit in the ice cream and mix well.
6. Now Arrange bourbon biscuit and cream 4 fun biscuit alternatively along the sides of the tin.
7. Pour into the ice cream mixture into the mould and refrigerate overnight.
8. With the help of a vegetable slicer, slice shards from the dukes dark chocolate bar. Refrigerate.
9. Unmold the cake on an attractive cake stand.
10. Pile the shards in the middle and serve immediately.

• 4 packets Dukes Bourbon biscuit (75 gms)
• 1 cup milk
• 1 packet Eno fruit salt
• ¼ cup icing sugar (to dust)
• ½ cup chocolate sauce (to garnish)

1. Preheat the oven to 170*c.
2. Grease and line a 6” cake tin.
3. Crush the bourbon biscuit finely in a mixer.
4. Put the biscuit in a bowl, pour in the milk and mix well. Put in the eno and mix well.
5. Immediately pour into the greased and dusted tin, bake for 20 mins.
6. Check whether it is cooked with the help of a toothpick.
7. Cool the cake, dust with icing sugar & drizzle with chocolate sauce.
8. Garnish with Dark chocolate shards and Enjoy !

• 1 packet milk cream biscuits
• 2 medium apples
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ½ cup hung curd
• 1 tbsp icing sugar
• 1 tsp cornflour
• ½ tsp cinnamon powder

1. Peel and chop the apples very finely.
2. In a heavy bottom pan put ¼ cup of water, apples, 2 tbsp sugar & cinnamon powder.
3. Cook on a low flame till the apples soften.
4. Mix the cornflour with 1 tsp of water and add to the apple mix.
5. Cook till the mixture thickens.
6. Seperate the biscuits and take out the cream, reserve the cream in a bowl.
7. Mix the separated cream with the hung curd and icing sugar.
8. To assemble the apple pie bites, take a biscuit half, put some apple mixture on top pipe with some cream mix. Enjoy!

• 1 box Dukes Nibbles (salted)
• 100 gms of paneer
• 1 onion
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 tbsp chaat masala
• 1 tsp garlic paste
• 1 tbsp ginger chopped finely
• 2 tsp chilli chopped finely
• 1 tbsp mint chopped
• 1 tbsp coriander chopped
• 1 tbsp tandoori masala
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp garam masala
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp black salt
• ¼ cup cheese
• ¼ cup hung curd
• 1 tsp corn flour
• Salt to taste

1. Cut the paneer into 1 cm cubes.
2. Cut the onion and red pepper into cubes
3. Mix all the marination ingredients and marinate the paneer and vegetables.
4. Heat a tave and grill the paneer and vegetables.
5. To proceed thread two nibbles on a skewer.
6. Add a piece of paneer and vegetables. Repeat once more, ending with two more nibbles.
7. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve.

• 2 cups boiled potatoes
• 2 tsp green chilli chopped
• 2 tsp ginger chopped
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• ½ tsp mustard seeds
• Few curry leaves
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• A pinch of asafoetida
• I tsp oil
• Salt to taste

• 1 ½ cup chickpea flour (besan)
• ½ tsp chilli powder
• Salt to taste

• ¼ cup green chutney
• ¼ cup tamarind sauce
• 2 tbsp ready made chilli garlic powder or alternately chat masala.
• Few fried curry leaves.

1. Make a batter by mixing the chickpea flour, salt, chilli & water. Beat well for 5 mins to make the batter light.
2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, splutter the mustard seeds.
3. Add the asafetida and the curry leaves. Put in the potatoes,chillies, turmeric, coriander powder, salt ,lemon juice and mix well.
4. Divide the potato mix into 12. Take a spice biscuit, put one portion of the potato mix and put another spice biscuit on top[ like a sandwich.]
5. Dip the biscuit potato stack in the batter and deep fry. Deep fry some curry leaves.
6. Garnish with chili garlic powder, tamarind chutney ,green chutney and fried curry leaves. Serve hot!

• 1 packet Dukes cheese waffy
• 1 ½ cup kidney beans boiled
• ½ cup tomato finely chopped
• ½ cup onion finely chopped
• ½ cup capsicum finely chopped
• ¼ cup coriander finely chopped
• 1 tsp lemon juice

1. Roughly mash the kidney beans.
2. Mix everything together.
3. Adjust with ¼ cups water if the mixture is too stiff.
4. Serve with cheese waffy. Enjoy!

• ½ cup broccoli blanched
• ½ cup carrots and beans
• ½ cup capsicum
• 1 cups milk
• 3 tbsp flour
• 2 tbsp butter

• ½ tsp tabasco sauce

• ½ cup cheese grated
• ¼ cup tomato sauce

1. Heat the butter, add the flour and saute.
2. Add the vegetables and stir well.
3. Add the milk and all the other ingredients except the Dukes biscuits.
4. Keep stirring on a low flame till the mixture thickens.
5. Cool the mixture completely.
6. To assemble put some mix on the dukes Top cracker, garnish with cheese and sauce. Serve

1. Mix the hung curd with all other ingredients. Refrigerate till the mixture is firm enough to form into 3 balls
2. Make the mixture into balls, now roll in the rolling mixture.
3. Serve these cheese balls with assorted Dukes savoury biscuits.
